  • Monitoring major Operational Servicing risks (e.g., delisting, foreclosure, etc.): Ensures that risk control mechanisms are in place with Contract Managers, oversees their implementation, and monitors related risk management projects.
  • Managing the update of the Operational Servicing risk mapping: Leads risk coordinators in updating the risk map, ensures the definition of risk indicators, and oversees their deployment.
  • Tracking Operational Servicing incidents: Ensures that incidents from the Servicing Department are reported, assists in developing action plans, monitors their implementation, supports the Servicing Department in case of challenges, and raises alerts when necessary.
  • Overseeing external audits (auditor-led or transversal missions): Leads and supports Contract Managers during transversal external audits, centralizes requests, tracks submissions, and reviews documents before they are sent.
  • Monitoring audit recommendations (internal and external): Ensures that recommendations assigned to the Servicing Department are addressed, supports implementation leaders in executing the necessary tasks, raises alerts in case of difficulties, and tracks the implementation indicators of recommendations.
  • Provides direct reporting on all related topics to the Group Servicing Director at iQera.

  • Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in risk management.
  • Project management skills: Ability to plan, organize, and efficiently oversee projects.
  • Proactive and autonomous mindset: Capable of working independently and making informed decisions.
  • Energy and motivation: Engaged, responsive, and ready to take on new challenges.
  • Willingness to learn: Positive attitude with an openness to developing new skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills: Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and structure tasks efficiently.
  • Advanced computer literacy: Comfortable using office software and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate clearly both in writing and verbally.
