Description du poste
- Reading and understanding emails and couriers.
- Analysis of customer files (history of exchanges/type of receivables/settlements made)
- Consultation of the different client software.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the IT applications required for the activity.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in writing email/mail responses.
- Ensure appropriate processing during disputes (Update of the dispute file, DO message and suspension of the file if necessary).
- Initiate customer service procedures if necessary
- HSC/Bac level with at least 1 year of experience
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team player
- Ability to analyze and understand issues and issues
- Capacity of writing e-mails or letters in a professional manner
- Organization and management of priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively orally
- Good writing skills
