Description du poste

  • Reading and understanding emails and couriers.
  • Analysis of customer files (history of exchanges/type of receivables/settlements made)
  • Consultation of the different client software.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the IT applications required for the activity.
  • Ensure accuracy and professionalism in writing email/mail responses.
  • Ensure appropriate processing during disputes (Update of the dispute file, DO message and suspension of the file if necessary).
  • Initiate customer service procedures if necessary

  • HSC/Bac level with at least 1 year of experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Team player
  • Ability to analyze and understand issues and issues
  • Capacity of writing e-mails or letters in a professional manner
  • Organization and management of priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally
  • Good writing skills
