- Manage advertisements, in collaboration with the Talent Aquisition Manager
- Sourcing the CVs received on the various media (social networks, advertisements or others)
- Conducting telephone and in-person interviews
- Select suitable candidates in collaboration with the department managers
- Carry out reference checks
- Manage the relationship with recruitment agencies
- Participate in job fairs and company open days
- Write employment contract offers
- Collaborate with the HR administrative officers for the follow-up of new recruits: employment contracts and integration
- Ensure that recruitment objectives are met within the deadlines
- Report to your line manager
*This position is available for the Tribe of Port-Louis only.
- Graduate or minimum HSC
- Experience in recruitment (minimum 1 year)
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office and in particular Excel)
- Good level of oral and written French
