Description du poste

  • Ensure the successful integration of employees through a proper induction process and on the job training program
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Draft employment contracts, addendums, certificates, end of probation letters, maternity letters and other HR letters
  • Draft, issue or update HR policies as and when required and ensure that all Human Resources’ Standard Operating Procedures are up to date
  • Ensure that proper records are kept in employee files through a proper filing system and kept in a confidential manner
  • Serves as the human resources department representative in meetings, on committees as and when requested
  • Liaise and follow up on medical insurance, employee claims and re-imbursement
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Maintain a proper and updated record on Sicorax (scanned documents, employee database...)
  • Counsels and assist Managers, Team Leaders and employees in work related matters
  • Ensure proper follow up with MQA & HRDC for refund of courses
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Compile monthly payroll info
  • Ensure that proper records are maintained on Sicorax payroll and HRM

 


  • Graduate (minimum 2 years of higher education), with at least 3 years experience as an HR Generalist
  • Mastery of the legislation in force
  • Computer skills / knowledge of Human Resources Management Information Systems (HRMS)
