Junior Payment Analyst M/F

• Participate in monitoring and improving the payment solutions used by the Group.
• Contribute to analysing the performance of the various payment methods and monitoring operational performance indicators.
• Participate in identifying and resolving incidents or issues related to payment solutions.
•  Ensure that documentation and mapping of payment solutions are kept up to date.
•  Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Performance, Contract Management) and external partners.
•  Monitor developments in payment methods and market innovations.
• Contribute to projects involving the deployment or improvement of payment solutions.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of action plans aimed at improving the performance of payment solutions..

• Higher educational degree (Bachelor's to Master's level) in Management, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• A first experience in financial services, payments, banking, or data analysis would be appreciated.
• Good command of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Comfortable with data analysis and performance indicators.
• General knowledge of payment methods and the banking environment would be an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English is preferred.
• Good knowledge of internal business activities, tools, and processes would be an asset.. 
• Curious and interested in new technologies and financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
