Description du poste

  • Work with department managers to identify their needs (IT, Operations, Finance, etc.)
  • Manage advertisements, in collaboration with the Human Resources Director
  • Sourcing CVs received on different media (social networks, advertisements or others)
  • Conduct telephone and in-person interviews
  • Select suitable candidates in collaboration with the department managers
  • Carry out reference checks
  • Boost internal co-optation/sponsorship
  • Develop partnerships with schools
  • Manage the relationship with recruitment agencies
  • Organise and participate in job fairs
  • Organise and participate in company open days
  • Write employment contract offers
  • Collaborate with the HR administrative officers for the follow-up of new recruits: employment contracts and integration
  • Ensure that recruitment objectives are met within the deadlines
  • Develop and monitor recruitment KPI's via management charts
  • Report to your line manager Report

 


  • Graduate (minimum 2 years of higher education)
  • Significant experience in recruitment (minimum 3 years)
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office and in particular Excel)
  • Numerical skills (for monitoring recruitment KPIs)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy / sense of priorities and anticipation
