Description du poste

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  • Analytical review of banks, clients’, and customers’ accounts
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws

  • HSC or Degree holder or minimum ACCA Level 1
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Economic and financial culture
  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Ability to learn from experiences and feedback received in order to develop
  • Curiosity and creativity
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
  • Knowledge of the Office 365
  • Interpersonal skills (ability to create internal and external relationships)
