MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the administrative process for new hires and leavers (documents, employee files, equipment, badge, photos…).
- Provide occasional recruitment support (job postings, interview logistics).
- Create, update, and archive employee files (physical & electronic).
- Assist HR Team in preparing and issuing standard HR letters and certificates when necessary.
- Enter and update employee information in HR systems (Ariane, Sicorax).
- Monitor inventories and distribute HR-related items (goodies, polos, gifts).
- Share internal HR announcements.
- Provide logistical support for HR events and initiatives.
- Request for quotations and follow up on supplier orders regarding (goodies, event etc.).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Minimum: Secondary education (School Certificate or equivalent).
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is desirable but not essential — training will be provided.
- Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Ability to handle scanning, filing, and document management.
- Comfortable with data entry and updating HR systems (training will be given).
